4. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the reservation may result in forfeiture of deposit.

5. Conduct

Guests are expected to behave respectfully and comply with all venue rules. We reserve the right to remove guests who engage in inappropriate behavior, intoxication, or violation of our policies.

6. Liability

Climax Berlin, Pattaya is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to property that may occur on the premises, except where required by law.

7. Photography and Recording

Photography and video recording are subject to venue policies. By visiting our venue, you consent to being photographed or recorded for promotional purposes.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website and venue, including logos, text, images, and videos, are the property of Climax Berlin, Pattaya and protected by copyright laws.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Thailand. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Chonburi, Thailand.
